I offer trauma-informed individual therapy. I am trained in EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and several other methods to help my clients make sense of their experiences and move forward in a stable, sustainable manner.

I have personal experience being both the child and spouse of a first responder. This experience allows me to understand what it is like to care for someone with an intense, trauma filled career.
I have extensive experience helping my clients to find themselves again. This is a judgment-free, confidential, caring space for people to walk through painful experiences and move forward in their lives.
I believe we are all doing the best we can with what we have. It can be hard to be a person sometimes, and my goal is to walk with you through the things you are struggling with. I believe connection can make the burden just a little bit lighter.
I also believe no one is beyond hope. Healing can happen, even for the most broken-hearted of us.

I accept insurance, however, if you would prefer to pay cash, my cash pay rates are:
Individual Therapy Intake (53-60 Minutes)-$200
Individual Therapy Sessions (53-60 minutes)-$200
Late Cancellation Fee (Cancellation within 12 hours of session)- $30
No Call No Show Fee- $95
